Organization was formed and registered under society registration act 1860 on 5th December 2005 with dedicated youth having the zeal to work for the down trodden people of Jharkhand. Dream of Founder "To work for the downtrodden people strengthening and to enhance their economical situation". Organizational team felt to transform dream of founder and secretary into reality. The team decided to work for ST, PTG, SC, OBC, marginalized groups, farmer, artisan of all 24 districts of Jharkhand. The thrust areas of organizational intervention was decided by the team was NRM, Agriculture & allied activities, Income generation/ Livelihood ,Health, Environment, Skill development-Training & Capacity Building, Hand holding & Building community Institutions, Information Communication and Education and Behavioral Change Communication and Sports for the development of downtrodden people .

Journey of development started through awareness generation among deprived community through Nukad Natak, street play on witchcraft, child marriage, dowry, child labour issues, malaria, kalajar, hiv-aids, wash, education, agriculture, environment and forest issues.

Promotion of sports by the organization in the rural areas gave the opportunity to the rural youth to participate in cricket and football tournament at panchyat, block, district and state level. Presently many rural youth are playing with district and state level team.

As the year passed coordinated team effort under the leadership of secretary, professional team and volunteer were recognized by government funding agencies. The first funding was supported by Jharkhand AIDS Control Society for MSM project at Chiabasa in the year 2009-10.

Presently organization presence is in all district of Jharkhand. Awareness generation activity is ongoing throughout the year in all district of Jharkhand .The organization project funding operational district are Pakur, Latehar, Simdega,West SinghBhum and Ranchi. In the year 2015-16 development funding support are from NRLM-JSLPS, JTDS, NABARD, Department Of Rural Development, JSWM-IWMP Neisbud, Ministry Of Small & Micro Enterprises, Department Of Industry-Jharcraft, Department Of Panchayati Raj Institutions, JSACS, SAATHII-Project Pehchan, Unicef, Cini, world Vision, CSR Of KGVK , CSR Of Jindal Steel.The total population of downtrodden people benefitted directly are 50000 household and indirectly 10 lacs.
